CANCELLATION POLICY

Rescheduling/Cancelling Appointments must be made 48 hours before the time of your appointment to not be charged a cancellation fee. Deposits are non refundable and transferable to one Reschedule Grace period of 10 minutes is allows but will be deducted from the service if there is a client book after you. If you are late please communicate that with me. Cancelled appointments within 24 hours or less will be charged 100% of their service on the card they booked with. No show Clients will be charged 100% of their service on the card they booked with and will not be able to make future appointments
